I am part Native American and I want to know more about that part of me.

  2. Hello Raven~
This is a great thing that you are doing. I am proud to be Native and have just really started paying attention to the issues that having been affecting our people. I have spent my life in the world of food and have recently developed a program called “Tribal Eating” honoring you body, life and soul through the way you cook, eat and live.
Too many generations of the Native people eating european foods have caused too much illness. We know that our common bond is food. Regardless of who you are, where you live and what you do food is the key element to the sucess of life. The better you eat the better you think, act and perform.
It’s time we remember the importance of HOW we cook, HOW we eat and ultimately HOW we live.
I believe I can contribute greatly to making this place a better place for our people.

I look forward to hearing from you and make this the best day ever!
