Justice for Jimmy Smith-Kramer. We will be visiting with members of the Quinault Nation this Sunday from 4-5 pm

20 year-old Quinault Member Jimmy Smith-Kramer was killed in an alleged racially-charged confrontation. Smith-Kramer was injured on Saturday and died from his injuries on Sunday May 28th, 2017.

Raven will be visiting with Cory Smith, Julian Petersen, Marco Black Sr., and maybe Micah Matsen, all from the Quinault Indian Nation. They are asking if you would be willing to come to Montesano Wa in Grays Harbor County August 22nd with them to support justice for Jimmy Smith Kramer. Tune in and hear the truth of what is going on and how we can help support them for seeking real justice.

Future of our Salmon focus on Collaboration with Seth Elsen on Make No Bones About It, July 23rd, 2017

Seth Elsen is of Mohegan descent and a member of the Brothertown Indian Nation of Wisconsin. He works for the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group, creating projects and programs aimed at recovering our salmon populations and training our next generation of salmon stewards. In the past, he has worked with state and federal agencies, as well as tribal communities in resource management.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris with degrees in Tribal Resource Management and Policy, Political Science, and American Indian Studies.
